Position Title: Risk Policy Administrator Business Unit: Risk Management Reports to: Director of Enterprise Fraud Risk Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for completing Identity Theft/Red Flag Compliance across the various operational lines of business, cultivating risk policy expertise internally to sustain high quality policies, procedures and risk reporting, to manage risks related to Identity Theft and Red Flag and to provide interpretive policy, procedures and operational guidance on a broad range of regulatory topics to business unit personnel and risk management. The incumbent supports the Director of Enterprise Fraud Risk by establishing and supporting various policies and procedures. Primary Responsibilities: Assists in establishing risk policies and procedures, providing regulatory guidance on various risk issues, monitoring changes to regulations and recommending appropriate updates to policies and procedures and completing other projects as assigned by the Director of Enterprise Fraud. Provides guidance on risk matters as new scenarios are encountered and interpretation and applicability of regulations of relevant risk principles and regulatory pronouncements. Completes activities assigned and consistent with the Identity Theft Program and being named the Identity Theft Prevention Officer. This includes annual operational reviews, updates to the Identity Theft Program and feedback on process improvements to align to the LOB operational Risk Assessments. Determines the impact of new risk standard pronouncements, develops new policies and procedures and supports Strategic Risk Process Engineers in their implementation. Leads Internal Fraud Investigations and escalates, as needed, with Legal, HR and Senior Management Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
