Position Summary
This position will work with the Senior Managers within the Operational Excellence team in one of the following areas:
- Coordinate with all EO departments to understand activities and processes that affect our interactions with our customers
- Benchmark and standardize processes in alignment with the Enterprise Knowledge Portal
- Increase the affinity of Electric Operations with our Lean and Breakthrough Culture
- Support existing pilot improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implementation of the Regional Service Model within Electric Operations
- Support development and implementation of new technologies within Electric Operations
While supporting one of the above branches of the Operational Excellence Team, this position will manage aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensure the program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following supporting Program Management to ensure the attainment of program metrics/objectives.
- Managing relationships with and providing direction to vendor(s)
- Developing, measuring, and reporting on the success of the program
- Partnering with the Operations organization, vendors, and external partners to develop and implement strategies
- Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
- Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and meetings with regulators.
- Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000

California Minimum: $116,000
California Maximum: $184,000
- This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
- This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is in San Ramon.
Responsibilities:

- Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts.
- Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 7 years of related experience or equivalent
Desired:
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
