Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: To serve as primary IS liaison for standard client service requests, including, but not limited to, desktop solutions, servers, LANS and printing services. Provide leadership for Client Solutions Analyst Trainees. Communicate regularly with Network and Technology Services Management teams concerning recommendations for improving client services and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs analysis and requirements gathering with clients
  • Install/Implement solutions at client locations
  • Perform other technical ctivities such as: hardware installation, network/database troubleshooting
  • Assist with multiple teams and projects ensuring projects goals are achieved according to plan
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma required. BA or BS degree in Computer Science, software development, or related technology field preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum three years experience in information technology within a healthcare and/or university setting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Experience with full suite of applicable software including but not limited to all Microsoft and Apple products.
