Advantage Resourcing is seeking a skilled Civil Concrete Superintendent to join our client's team as a hands-on field manager and key company representative in the construction of water towers. This role requires expertise in reading civil drawings, forming and pouring concrete, and the ability to manage jobs effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in alignment with organizational standards.
