As our Strategy & Operations lead, you won't merely attend leadership meetings, track action items and build presentations (although, yes, there will be some of that). You'll be the orchestrator behind the scenes, harmonizing strategy, execution, and collaboration. Think of yourself as the catalyst that ensures our organization delivers with excellence.

Who You'll be:

Strategic Choreographer: You'll collaborate with our leadership team, choreographing moves to enable HR, PSaS and broader McKesson to achieve our talent priorities. Your compass? You'll be guided by solid understanding of business priorities and the talent moves necessary to realize.

Timekeeper Extraordinaire: The Leadership Team's time? Your canvas. You'll weave meetings, events, strategic sessions, and innovation time into a seamless rhythm. You'll ensure our time together is deliberate and impactful.

First Chair Collaborator: Our team will seek your counsel like musicians tuning their instruments. You'll collaborate across the PSaS HR team and partner groups to fine-tune processes, harmonize workflows, and transform complexity into streamlined practices that deliver results.

Meeting Maestro: Ever seen a high-stakes negotiation without a facilitator? Neither have we. You'll lead meetings, ensuring everyone hits the right notes and decisions align - you'll reinforce our "Debate, Decide, Commit" approach to our work.

Idea Alchemist: Turn abstract concepts into innovative and actionable initiatives. You'll sprinkle magic dust (and elbow grease) on ideas, transforming them into reality.

Voice of the Leader: When inquiries come knocking, you'll answer with eloquence. Your communication bridges strategy and execution to support executive level updates.Tailor your communication style. Influence without formal power and navigate ambiguity with ninja-like finesse.

Strategic Initiatives Virtuoso: Understand our strategy and harmonize support.From inception to implementation, you'll lead priority initiatives like a seasoned conductor to ensure that proper focus on the work that matters most. No roadblocks allowed.

Process Detective: Sherlock Holmes meets Lean Six Sigma. Identify core issues, untangle knots, and work with our stakeholders to streamline our processes.

Data Artist: Present detailed analysis and share our story with senior leaders. Impactful visualizations and a dash of flair - your forte.

Risk Harmonizer: When critical decisions loom, evaluate risks like a seasoned strategist. No wrong moves allowed.

Innovation Catalyst: Raise the bar. Push for new solutions. Turn creative ideas into action-plans. Your leadership sets the tempo.

Inspiration Wizard: You'll channel your love for communications, change management and engagement to align and rally our team, ensuring that all the players know the plays, feel connected to the team and are ready to win.

What you'll have:

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant Human Resources experience with demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize complex projects.

Experience with HR data and technology platforms, including Workday.

An ability to work in a world of rapidly evolving priorities.

Enthusiasm for change with passion for sharing it with others.

A professional curiosity that can't be contained.

Willingness to travel 10% of the time and work on-site up to one (1) week per month.

Working from home and the office in Las Colinas (Dallas), Texas

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$105,200 - $175,300
