About the role

Joining Reckitt's Infant Formula Nutrition team as Brand Manager, you'll take on from innovation strategy development, concept development and validation to launch. This position resides within the Marketing function and will report into the Marketing Director.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead brand innovation strategy for U.S., across all segments while also supporting the Enspire Optimum portfolio
  • Collaborate with the global team by leveraging insights and analytics to support strategic direction and priorities, including focus on fast-growing categories, hero products and emerging trends
  • Develop the Global 5-year U.S. innovation strategy that addresses business and retailer objectives
  • Determine new market opportunities for products based on market data, consumer insights, medical channel trends, social listening, and emerging trends
  • Lead market analysis to determine success factors in product category for new and existing products
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies and marketing innovations, infusing best practices/learning into innovation strategies for sustained success
  • Responsible for executing new local product innovation briefs in partnership with cross-functional team outlining strategy, positioning, consumer insights, target claims, key ingredients, pricing, packaging detail, formula detail, etc.
  • Responsible for and setting local pricing structure for new product innovation
  • Partner with R&D on ingredients, product formats, innovation ideas, approval of formula submissions, clinical and consumer testing parameters for product claims
  • Ensure COGs efficiency to meet overall brand financial objectives, including pricing and SKU management
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and flawless execution for all new launches
  • Responsible for preparation and facilitate Stage Gate meetings

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree, an MBA a plus but not required
  • Solid experience in marketing and innovation (+4 years), must be able to demonstrate outstanding skills and potential, developed within a medical/hospital & CPG environment; nutrition experience is a plus
  • Exceptional ability to influence and work within a matrixed organization, as well as in a global environment
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience managing/leading projects from inception to completion
  • Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what's needed
  • Resilience and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Experience interacting and influencing Senior Leadership

US salary ranges

Parsippany, NJ Range:USD $136,000.00 - $204,000.00

Evansville, IN Range: USD $113,000.00 - $169,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
