Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Human Resources/Talent Development Department, we have an opportunity for an intern to engage in HR Operations, which will include administration, onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and HR projects and initiatives

Responsibilities:



  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and paperwork
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives
  • Support the setup and management of a development-focused coaching program.
  • Help launch a succession management process at AEG, including creating communications & support resources, mapping skills and competencies to specific job roles, and assisting with the pilot launch.


Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Must be motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Must be able to pivot gracefully to accomplish prioritized tasks in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.

Pay Scale:$19.00 - $21.00

Location:Los Angeles (On-Site)
