The Department of Urology of Columbia University is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time faculty position in the specialty of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS, formerly FPMRS). The qualified applicant will be board-eligible (or board-certified) and have received fellowship training in in this specialty.

The position involves clinical practice primarily in Manhattan and Westchester County. An opportunity to work part-time at the Bronx VA Medical Center is also possible. Responsibilities will include both inpatient and outpatient care at the medical center and clinics, clinical research, and supervision/training of medical students, residents and fellows. Participation in departmental and academic activities is expected.

This opportunity is associated with a full-time faculty position at Columbia University at the rank of either Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor of Urology and a competitive benefits and compensation package.

The Columbia University Department of Urology currently consists of 30 full-time faculty members, multiple Advanced Practice Providers, and sponsors a 6-year ACGME approved residency training program with 3 residents per year. It also has fellowships in Endourology, Men's Health/Infertility, and Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
