We are actively looking for a Federal Subcontracts Administrator to join our Legal team. As part of the Legal Group, the Federal Subcontracts Administrator is responsible for effectively and professionally conducting and coordinating the activities associated with Federal subcontracting of services. The individual will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Federal subcontracting concepts, principles and practices, and the techniques of ensuring task completion. Complete understanding of requirements for Federal subcontracts, including issuing requests for proposals, processing requisitions, awarding, and administering the subcontracts and amendments, maintaining fully compliant Federal subcontract files, and administering the closeout process. This position will be eligible to work from home in any state Moffatt & Nichol has an office or does work in. Base salary range: $113,000 to $138,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, Washington, and Hawaii markets. Working conditions: Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
