Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals. Meets one-on-one and in group settings to support development of skills around all types of life skills, to include but not limited to, parenting skills such as self-management of medication needs, money management, cooking, cleaning, transportation, financial assistant and securing appropriate entitlements. Supports development of life skills for children, including social skills, impulse control, study skills, hygiene, and independent living skills. Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clients' needs and goal attainment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelors Degree required. An associate degree with experience and proof of ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program until graduation from a Bachelor's degree program accepted. Years of Experience Two (2) years professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred.
