S&K Federal Services has a potential need for a General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Project Management Coordinator Lead located at the U.S. Army Installation Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). FS is located near Hinesville, GA, 41 miles southwest of Savannah, GA and is the home of the 3rd Infantry Division. HAAF is located in historic Savannah, GA and is home to the Army's longest runway on the east coast (11,375 feet) and the Truscott Air Deployment Terminal. Together these assets are capable of deploying units such as the heavy, armored forces of the 3rd Infantry Division or the elite light fighters of the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Contract tasking includes recurring sustainment work, inspections, minor maintenance, and servicing of equipment, utility plants, systems, buildings, structures, and grounds facilities at FS and HAAF. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Base Operations and Maintenance Services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). All work will be accomplished in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws. The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead will be able to demonstrate successful experience implementing and leading activities to utilize GFEBS on a Military Installation in the specified roles. GFEBS PM will also serve as the Alternate PM as needed.
GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead:
Provide management and oversight the following roles in GFEBS:
A76 PM Master Data Maintainer
A76 PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
A76 Plant Maintenance Order Approver
A76 Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer
A76 Plant Maintenance Reporter
Real Property Viewer
Goods Receipt Processor
- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned team members.
- Support direct hiring functions to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Support mentoring of staff to support career development.
- Ensure work requested through the project/program is performed properly to the complete satisfaction of the customer and contract requirements.
- Monitor and direct performance of all assigned tasks and ensure cost, schedule and programmatic objectives are met within budget and schedule.
- Establish policies, procedures, and goals for successful execution of assigned tasks.
- Represent the company at Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Industry forums and customer meetings as required.
- Prepare and present reports and briefings as necessary/required.
- Travel in support of the program, customer, and company.
- Receive and up-channel as appropriate any grievances/issues that may arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.
- Support program as Alternate Project Manager during PM absences and as needed.
- Shall be responsible for concept and implementation of GFEBS support functions.
- Shall identify safety concerns to COR and other required stakeholders.
- Shall provide a monthly report and other as contract requires.
- Shall make sure that all administrative functions relative to assigned tasks are accomplished on time and in the required format.
- Shall ensure proper security clearances are obtained to support assigned tasks.
- Shall coordinate the efforts of assigned contractor personnel to meet assigned goals.
- Shall be responsible for adjusting operations and personnel to meet assigned goals.
Education |
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA)

Experience |
- Minimum of (3) Years in GFEBS implementation with one year's experience on Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract greater than $10 million per year

License, Cert or Registration |
- Must have current/valid drivers' license if required for the position.
- Must have proof of U.S. citizenship.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities |
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and software to perform work (e.g., Microsoft Office) and general office equipment.
- Comply with dress code applicable to facility and location being supported as well ensure ID, badges and credentials are clearly visible while on duty.
- Demonstrate a high commitment to ethical execution of assigned duties.
- A background of working with employees who are members of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is considered a plus.
