Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Senior Program Manager with a technical Software/Cyber background supporting multiple programs in Huntsville, AL. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) programs. This role involves collaborating with different teams and stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and resources, as well as identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the success of the program. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for budget, scheduling, profit/loss and deliverables associated with the program.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Manages and provides technical expertise and services in areas focused on cybersecurity, electronic warfare, test and evaluation and quality.
  • Responsible for the overall management of specific programs and task order(s) and for ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Directs completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints.
  • Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates and subcontractors and ensures assignments are completed as directed.
  • Prepares and conducts special reports and presentations pertinent to company products and services, field operations or other applications.
  • Advises customer and contractor personnel of requirements for products and services, support equipment and electronic equipment installations.
  • Assists in directing the efforts of subcontractor and company personnel in the handling and installation and utilization of various systems and equipment.
  • Plans, prepares, and conducts on-the-job training as required in support of the foregoing activities.
  • Compiles, validates, and verifies the consistency of a variety of technical documents such as test procedures and instructions.
  • Knowledgeable in a wide range of tasks involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, and systems including systems/equipment installation, inspection, modification, maintenance, operation, personnel training, and technical writing.


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with +10 years of relevant program management experience
  • Relevant and recent experience managing software development/product lifecycle programs having a greater than $10M value per program
  • Experience with multiple contract types, to include FFP, T&M, CPFF, and CPAF
  • Experience working in an IDIQ / Multiple Task Order management environment
  • Experienced managing programs using a matrixed workforce
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills required
  • Experienced in creating briefings as well as briefing senior leadership within Army organizations
  • US Citizenship and must possess a current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance


Desired Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline with +8 years of relevant program management experience
  • +3 years of administrative experience supporting DoD or other scientific / technical programs
  • +2 years of experience in a DoD acquisition project office environment.
  • PMP, PgMP or similar certification
  • Technical Expertise with PEO-STRI, PEO Missiles and Space, and/or experience with DoD Contracting
  • Knowledge of Threat Systems Analysis
  • High level of fluency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent with Microsoft Project
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
