Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking an energetic Lead Floor Technician to lead a team of individuals with disabilities in maintaining the floors and baseboards of our facility. In this role, you will ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment through effective management of floor maintenance and equipment.
