Secretary

Job Overview:

Performs secretarial duties directly involved in maintaining a smooth flow of communications between director's office, physician, patients, families and outside agencies and hospital services.

Qualifications:

Preferred:

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced secretarial skills, including typing, patients scheduling

Certifications and Licenses Required:

Scheduling Requirements:

Per Diem - Days

Essential Functions:

Schedules patients, answers phones, and checks insurance coverage and collection of co-pay.
