USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Warehouse Supervisor CDC Loading to join our team. This position will be located in our Middletown, CT CDC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the warehouse the loading operations and personnel to provide optimal service to customers

* Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance

* Ensure the accuracy of transactions

* Protect Company assets from theft and damage

* Oversee the implementation and enforcement of Distribution Center policies and procedures

* Train and continuously develop new and existing employees

* Support Central Distribution Center's team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency

* Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team

* Other general warehouse and supervisory duties to be assigned

Required Skills:

* Experience with RF picking and receiving.

* Previous experience with warehouse equipment, including wire cutting machinery, fork trucks and high reach trucks.

* 3+ years of prior experience in a supervisory position or its equivalent.

* Strong product knowledge and work ethic.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.

* Must have strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.

* Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast paced, competitive environment.

* Must possess high-level leadership qualities and be able to manage and resolve conflict.
