Kennedy Jenks is seeking a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to work for a client in Emeryville, California for 6-12 months with the possibility of staying on full-time after completion of the project. You will work with our multi-disciplinary engineering teams in the planning, design, and construction of all types of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, delivering high-quality services to our clients that exceed their expectations. Job Responsibilities:



  • Assist in running Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) including handling Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and other documentation.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Provide support in managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite every day with construction hours (5am-3pm, 6am-4pm).
  • Must be able to start immediately.



Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $80,000 - $90,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
