Who Are We? What You'll do: The VP, Defense Growth & Strategy will be instrumental in positioning Groundswell as the go-to partner for innovative digital transformation solutions across the Department of Defense (DoD). This role is critical in driving organic growth within untapped areas of defense, identifying opportunities for expansion across all technology platforms, and crafting tailored solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of the defense sector. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating grit, adaptability, and relentless determination to achieve success. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
