THE JOB:

Join our team as an Cage Assistant Shift Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth casino operations, safeguarding company assets, and leading a dynamic team of professionals. Be part of an exciting environment where precision, leadership, and excellent service converge.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead pre-shift meetings, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and operational efficiency

• Oversee cage operations, ensuring compliance with Title 31 and NYSGC regulations

• Assist team members with transactions, customer service, and handling priority guests

• Monitor cash-handling processes to ensure accuracy and balance at every cashier window

• Safeguard assets through effective bank deposit validations and kiosk maintenance

• Address guest issues promptly with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

• Promote a collaborative environment through coaching and team-building efforts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven leader with experience in casino operations, financial institutions, or high volume cash-handling roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Title 31 requirements

• A detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service and communication skills
