The Microsoft Entra Identity Governance team is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to reshape security and deliver end-to-end, simplified solutions that empower every user, customer, and developer. Our team enables organizations to boost productivity, fortify security, and effortlessly meet compliance and regulatory requirements. As part of the Microsoft Security organization, which drives Microsoft's mission to secure digital platforms and clouds in diverse environments, we play a critical role in protecting our customers and our own internal estate.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop distributed systems.Take ownership of writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code. Resolve complex system integration challenges working across team boundaries. Share learnings and code assets developed with the Entra Governance engineering team.Utilize product expertise to collaborate with stakeholders and drive project and release plans for the workgroup.Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), guiding engineers with the playbook, monitoring system performance, alerting stakeholders, and initiating actions to resolve problems. | |
