Job Description

We are seeking a talented Experimentation Growth Analytics Manager/Senior Manager to join our Digital Growth Experimentation team and play a pivotal role in driving measurable business growth through data-driven experimentation and analysis. In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities, design and execute experiments, and deliver actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across our digital platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape growth initiatives and leverage experimentation as a core strategy to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise and a deep understanding of growth strategies to drive scalable improvements in business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments (e.g., A/B tests, multivariate tests) to drive growth across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Digital Strategy, UX, Design, Product Marketing, Product, Data Science) to develop testable hypotheses and prioritize high-impact experiments aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyze experiment results using statistical methods to uncover insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Monitor growth-related KPIs and maintain dashboards that track the performance of experiments and key business metrics.

  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behaviors, market trends, and funnel performance, providing strategic recommendations for optimization.

  • Scale successful experiments into actionable growth strategies and partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless rollouts across platforms and channels.

  • Align growth-focused initiatives with broader experimentation roadmaps and governance standards.

  • Contribute to enhancing experimentation culture by educating stakeholders on test design, metrics, and results interpretation.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in digital experimentation, growth marketing, conversion rate optimization, web analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests with tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, Optimize, etc.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

  • Proficiency in SQL for advanced data analysis.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

  • Knowledge of customer journey tracking, funnel analysis, and growth optimization techniques.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills to present data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
