Advantage Resourcing is looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing company in Independence, LA. Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-10 hour days Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Requirements: 4+ years of CNC experience Strong understanding of design, mathematics, mechanics, processing, and production Previous experience with Lathe, Mill, and Oil & Gas equipment is a plus Minimum 2 years of onsite experience PPE required: Steel-toed boots (everything else provided) As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to create precision parts from blueprints. You'll select the right tools and materials, ensure high-quality production, monitor finished products for defects, and perform preventive maintenance to keep machines in top condition. Following safety protocols and maintaining detailed records of production and quality will be essential to ensuring a smooth workflow.
