GENERAL SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, the Access Technology Consultant performs project work of a complex nature. Consultants partner, collaborate and consult with all levels of the organization to obtain user feedback, identify themes, and design user stories; as well as document new feature and enhancement requirements for various access related applications. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and analysis of multiple comprehensive Access Technology efforts of a complex nature in accordance with the HFHS Ambulatory strategy. The Access Technology Consultant may work individually, as lead consultant of a project team, or in a consulting capacity for projects not directly assigned. In addition, serve as a technical consultant or subject matter expert to other HFHS departments. They also prepare reports and recommendations for management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required. (Analytics, Project Management, Management Engineering, Information Systems preferred).
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in an appropriate field required (industrial/related engineering, project management, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, information technology, analytics, or similar field).
- One year of experience preparing and presenting data analytics to support strategic planning required.
- Certification in Salesforce or Genesys preferred.
- Experience managing Access applications such as Genesys; Workforce Optimization, IVR, Quality, Call Routing, Reporting software and/or Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to manage complex, simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to identify when input from Director or other senior staff member is necessary.
- Strong diplomacy, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership/mentoring skills applicable to lead/facilitate multi-disciplinary teams and help group reach consensus on complex issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff across the System.
- Ability to lead/provoke the thinking of senior level administrators and medical leadership.
- Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to teach technical/analytical concepts to non-technical managers and staff.
