Welder

• Perform welding (manual arc, TIG, MIG, brazing) to fabricate and maintain metal items (e.g., pallets, carts, gates).
• Repair metal surfaces (doors, fences, tools) for safe use.
• Install items like railings and fences to complete projects on time.
• Maintain tools and equipment for safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with team and client to complete work orders.
• Request supplies and equipment for projects.
• Assist other trades as needed.
• Respond to emergencies to address safety concerns.
• Transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Available for weekend and emergency work as needed.

• Welding certification or 2-4 years of experience.
• Valid driver's license and fork truck/JLG certifications.
• Ability to follow instructions, write reports, and communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Professional appearance and strong safety adherence.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, climb, and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
