Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Participate in the transformation and implementation of a critical batch processing within the Compliance tech organization for the client Work with users to refine requirements, design and develop high-quality ETL Informatica code, develop Unix scripts and scalable database systems Requirements: 10+ years professional experience developing solutions in ETL Informatica (recent experience in version 10.5.2.) 5-10 years of experience in Unix environment and Shell scripting Interpersonal skills with a proven track record of interacting with different groups and various levels of a large organization Able to be a hands-on architect and developer with the ability to drive design and implementation initiatives Experience with Oracle database and query performance optimizations Experience with data warehousing and OLTP solutions Strong in PL/SQL, stored procedures Experience with Oracle 19c Experience and desire to work in an Agile process (pair programming, daily stand-ups, etc.) Framework (Scrum/Kanban) Demonstrable knowledge of problem domain in which they have been working Experience with domain driven design Distributed systems experience Relevant industry (Compliance, Entity/Transaction Scanning etc.) experience Experience with Java/J2EE technologies Experience with JIR Desired skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work comfortably as a team player Pay Range: $58.26 - $66.26 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
