POSITION SUMMARY:

Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) Legal Department is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to work on a hybrid basis out of the Seattle Office. This position will be managed by the Legal Operations Manager and work directly with the Legal Operations team and Executive Assistant Leader Support team to oversee department billing-related processes and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Support current internal billing processes.
  • Initial review and allocation coding of vendor invoices.
  • Support leadership with data-gathering and report generation.
  • Work closely with other department resources to complete daily assigned tasks.
  • Key support for the shared email inbox.
  • Seek opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Additional administrative tasks, as needed.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:



  • The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in similar capacity.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to take initiative and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be reliable with ability to follow through with expected duties and deadlines.
  • Must have strong focus on customer service.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication etiquette.
  • Must be resourceful, service-oriented, dependable, and tactful, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Must have the ability to receive and provide feedback and integrate as appropriate.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:



  • Knowledge of the Concur Expense Management System, Concur Invoice System, and/or CounselLink systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.


LOCATION:



  • The person hired into this role will be required to work in-person in the Milliman office in Seattle, WA; this is a hybrid role where the person is expected to work out of Seattle office atleast three times a week.


ROLE CLASSIFICATION



  • This is a full-time, non-exempt role with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours of work per week.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $81,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
