Overview Jackson and Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care. The Sr. Recruiting Consultant is responsible for completing various recruiting efforts to generate qualified leads through strategic and engaging outreach. Places providers in opportunities that best fit the providers and Jackson + Coker's client's needs. Uses consultative selling to present Jackson + Coker's services to prospective providers. Conducts phone screens, evaluates provider's credentials, and provides lists of providers to sales consultants and clients for further consideration. Enters CV, inquiry, and referral information into the recruiting database, sends and receives credentialing packets, and tracks provider files to ensure accurate and complete information. Keeps managers and team well informed of activities, significant problems, and recruiting volume. Assists leadership by ensuring systems and processes are adhered to and acts as a mentor and coach to less-tenured sales associates. Additional Details:
Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of all related recruiting functions Makes strategic and consultative recruiting calls to existing and prospective providers Responsible for lead generation by prospecting for providers and conducting phone interviews to qualify the provider, further understand what the provider is looking for, and present Jackson + Coker's services and client opportunities Builds and maintains relationships with clients and providers to continue to grow business and strengthen partnerships for the present and future Effectively negotiate pay rates with providers that are within the company guidelines Maintains a high level of customer service and account management with all clients and providers from contract award through the end of an assignment and after Provides a streamlined, simplified interviewing, pre-hire, and onboarding experience to ensure that providers are satisfied with the client and Jackson + Coker's services Provides daily feedback to clients on recruitment efforts and includes updates on weekly reports Tracks and records changes in provider availability as well as enters and updates provider information and other data into the CRM on an ongoing basis. Ensures quality and accuracy in information being entered Uses various sourcing platforms and resources daily to continue to maintain a strong pipeline of providers for current and future open opportunities with Jackson + Coker's clients Collaborates with Internal Recruiters to find their providers opportunities to work with Jackson + Coker Completes all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations Maintains a positive and collaborative spirit and demonstrates quality customer service for both internal and external customers Completes training as assigned. Be an active participant and properly demonstrate the skills that you learned in training Demonstrates personal commitment to the team and adheres to the team's expectations and guidelines. Sends appropriate targeted marketing materials to providers with timely follow-up Manages daily schedule of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and required training Successfully maintains and grows a book of business as required and meets or exceeds goals/metrics/KPIs established by the company by utilizing resources and adopting best practices Resolves provider requests, complaints, and problems and regularly obtains provider and client feedback to continuously improve services Consistently leads by example and acts as a mentor to less-tenured associates Provides support to division leadership by helping develop and coach team members Attends conferences and client site visits as required Complete special projects as assigned Consistently lives out J+C's core values of Others First, Growth, and Wisdom

Ability to effectively use a CRM system and other internal tracking resources. Ability to consistently build and maintain a book of business as required at a Sr. Recruiting Consultant level. Extensive knowledge of the healthcare staffing and locum tenens industry. Subject Matter Expert of Jackson & Coker's sales process and best practices. Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and strategies. High school graduate or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred. Completion of Jackson + Coker's sales training program. 3+ years of previous sales and/or recruiting experience in the locum tenens industry required.
