Job Description:

Job Title:ServiceNow Development Manager

Location:Chandler, Arizona

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead our team of software engineers, project managers, QA analysts, and business analysts in the definition, design, and implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) products, primarily focused on ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, project managers, QA analysts, and business analysts.
  • Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy with a specific focus on transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of ITSM projects, from inception to completion, within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct staff training on new procedures and ensure a smooth transition during changes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow applications.
  • Maintain a high level of expertise in ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing IT projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
