Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of our members? At Apple FCU, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our Member Solutions Center team. As a Member Contact Center Representative, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing exceptional service and support to our members.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Hero: Assist members with their accounts through various contact methods, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service.
  • Loan Guru: Handle a variety of loan support tasks, from payment processing to balance inquiries, ensuring our members have all the information they need.
  • Product Champion: Cross-sell our amazing credit union products and services, helping members achieve their financial goals.
  • Detail Detective: Maintain and update member records with precision, ensuring accuracy and thorough follow-up.
  • Security Sentinel: Protect member information by following strict identity verification processes and staying vigilant against phishing attempts.
  • Problem Solver: Research and investigate member inquiries, striving for first contact resolution every time.
  • Mentor: Assist in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: At least one year in a financial institution or contact center, with a background in teller, lending, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Windows, and Teams, and comfortable working on multiple screens
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and using standard office equipment.
