Requirements:



  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with energy service contractors.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of green energy products/services.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 + a differential draw for year one + sales commission (2% of revenue sale)

Location: Remote with 50% travel, preferred location in the Pacific Northwest (but not required).

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:



  • Sell products and meet customer needs while building strong relationships.
  • Manage existing accounts, generate new business, and organize daily schedules to drive sales.
  • Tailor sales presentations to customer needs and outlet types.
  • Target sales efforts by analyzing dealer volume and potential.
  • Submit orders using product literature and price lists.
  • Provide management with regular activity updates, including calls, work plans, and territory analyses.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
