Join Staffmark for a rewarding opportunity with our partner company specializing in natural and organic juices! We are looking for a dedicated Utility Worker in Oceanside, CA, who is ready to contribute to a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for essential duties that keep your department running smoothly.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (overtime as needed)

Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr

Perform manual labor, including but not limited to:



  • Loading and unloading HPP torpedoes
  • Standing bottles up at HPP discharge
  • Running the HPP dumper
  • Making and pre-building boxes
  • Bringing in fiber/packaging materials for the lines
  • Loading caps into cap hoppers
  • General labor related to the bottling process
  • General labor related to shipping, pack-out, receiving, inventory, etc.
  • Building pallets, lifting, moving, and stacking cases up to 50 lbs
  • Other duties as requested




Job Specifications:



  • Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in continuous motion
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Will be working in a chilled workspace with temperatures <40F
  • Will be required to work in a wet environment
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
  • Production and urgency mindset
  • Strong punctuality and consistency in job duties and standard procedures
