Job Title: Warranty Prior Approval Analyst
Location: Allen Park, MI.

Position Summary:
The Interior/Exterior Prior Approval Analyst reports directly to the IEPA Team Leader and is responsible for providing Interior/Exterior prior approval to OEM Dealers.
Required Qualification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ASE certifications
  • Hands-on Diagnostic and Repair experience, or service writer experience
  • Proficient computer and writing skills

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Respond to Technical Assistance Center contacts promptly, courteously, and logically with complete and accurate information.
  • Interface with dealer service management, service writers, technicians, and internal activities through online forms and phone calls.
  • Prepare Internal Service Messages (ISM) that contain current and accurate information to address and resolve dealer and/or customer concerns.
  • Warranty decisions must adhere to the current Warranty and Policy Manual.
