Your Team, Your Impact

We are NPI test operations. We work closely with PTE team to bring new products to full production phase in OSAT.

What You Can Expect

  • You will set up and troubleshoot wafer sort operations for various probers for NPI products.

  • You will be Supporting Product and Test engineering.

  • Communicate any issues that are related to wafer sort.

  • Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance.

  • Collaborate and analyze data for engineering.

  • You will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions with engineering and field service.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience wafer probe technology experience. Experience and technical education preferred.

  • Excellent knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment including Advantest 93K, Teradyne UFlex and others.

  • Knowledge of other package part test equipment such as Hontech, Seiko Epson and Chroma.

  • Experience in supporting Product and Test engineering.

  • Be able to communicate well on any issues that are related to wafer sort.

  • Experience with TEL and Opus probers are plus.

  • Preventative maintenance of probe cards, sockets.

  • Trouble shoot loadboard issues.

  • Self motivated and be able to work with little supervision.

  • Practice continuous improvement and team participation.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Be able to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.

  • Weekend night schedule = Thursday-Sunday 6:30pm - 6:30am (+shift differential)

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

24 - 36, $ per hour.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
