Ballard Spahr has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Legal Recruiting, adding value to the development of entry level and lateral recruiting and integration strategies for one or more of the firm's departments. The chosen candidate will oversee and coordinate all firm-wide activities related to entry-level and lateral associates and select Of Counsel recruiting, onboarding, and integration. This position will be located in the Philadelphia office. This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the office, Tuesday through Thursday. Why Join Us?
Your Role: In collaboration with the Director of Legal Recruiting, the Attorney Career Advancement Team, including Client Service & Professional Development Counsel and the Partner in Charge, Attorney Career Advancement, as well as the Firmwide Hiring Partner(s), the Manager will:

Required Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of relevant experience, with at least two years of experience in recruiting in a law firm or similar environment. Extensive knowledge of the lateral recruiting process is a plus. Candidates with a law degree will receive strong consideration.
