We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support PMA-280's (Tomahawk Weapons System) Missile Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Duties:



  • Perform critical program management, acquisition, technical, and business analysis and provide support to ensure program success
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to systems acquisition and product programs, track program/project status and schedules, and apply policies and procedures for planning and execution of program requirements.
  • Directly support the Missile Systems IPT Lead and assist with all actions to support the overall goal of the Program Office
  • Assist with the assembly of acquisition / contractual strategies, program risks and all related documentation, mentoring of Level 2 project leads, and supporting other areas as directed by the Level 1 IPTL
  • Perform critical program management, technical, and business analysis to ensure program success.
  • Collect, organize and interpret technical data and financial information related to systems acquisition and product programs.
  • Support the development of Program acquisition documentation per the DoD 5000 such as Acquisition Plans (AP) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) for the Missile Systems IPT as well as subordinate projects within Missile Systems.
  • Oversee the development of all Program contract requirements to include the following as a minimum:

    • Prepare, route and manage Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) utilizing AMS PMT
    • Interface with Contracts Specialist to ensure execution of PIDs


  • Oversee and update Charters for Working Groups and IPTs
  • Respond to Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)

    • Internal PEO data calls
    • External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)




Required Education:



  • MA or MS with a degree in a business, management, or an engineering discipline. A BA or BS plus 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.


Required Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience in PPBE support for program management, technical and business analysis related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Included in the 10 years, there must be at least 5 years of NAVAIR experience related to program management support.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $84,707.20 to $127,060.80 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
