Responsibilities

Deliver technical expertise and strategic guidance to customers during pre-sales and post-sales Eggplant engagements.

Pre-Sales activities range from:

  • Working closely with the Solution Engineer scope and design and execute on proof-of-concept goals.
  • Guiding the customer on testing strategy and optimal Eggplant utilization.

Post-Sales activities range from:

  • Becoming a Strategic Advisor to the customer for all things test automation and Eggplant, by providing in-depth technical assistance to ensure that business and testing goals are achieved.
  • Scoping and delivering projects to ensure effective utilization and adoption of Eggplant products.
  • Create integrations to and from Eggplant to wider CI/CD pipeline.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and guide teams on best practices and reduce any technical risk within an account.

Qualifications

  • US Security Clearance
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Strong background in Technical Consultancy and stake holder management
  • Experience with Test Automation solutions
  • Scoping Requirements and Specifications
  • Experience with delivering solutions in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity
  • Experience with either Jira / Jenkins / Azure Devops
  • Experience with software containers (Docker/Kubernetes/IronBank)
  • Industry testing experience

Desirable

  • Experience in Eggplant
  • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs
  • ISTQB Foundation or further qualification
  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience with Salesforce / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics
