Purpose of the Job

Our client's product area's Chief of Staff team is a dynamic group responsible for driving strategic initiatives, facilitating executive com munications, and ensuring operational excellence across the Marketing organization. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to provide support in two key areas: executive communications and program management.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Executiv e Communications

  • Content development: Assist in the creation of presentations , talking points, newsletters, emails, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Message refinement: Proofread and edit communications for clarity, grammar and style, ensuring alignment with the company's voice and brand guidelines.
  • Research + analysis: Gather data and conduct research to inform communication strategies and content development.
  • Communication coordination: Facilitate communication and information flow among team mem b ers and stakeholders.

Program Management

  • Project tracking: Monitor progress on key initiatives, track deliverables and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Process optimization: Contribute to the development and improvement of workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Documentation + reporting: Maintain accurate records, create reports and synthesize information to provide visibility into project status and performance.
  • Meeting preparation: Support the Chief of Staff team in preparing for executive-level meetings , including agenda creation, material organization and logistical coordination.
  • Internal event management: Event logistics and coordination for the internal annual summit. Partner with content leads, internal event team and external vendors to streamline event logistics .

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous executive communications experience
  • Previous experience as a coordinator with senior executives and leadership teams
  • 5-8+ years of Marketing or Communications experience, including experience in a marketing or communications environment, preferably in large- scaled , matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear, concise and compelling content for diverse audiences and proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and engaging content for executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; high level of accuracy and precision in all aspects of work
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; expertise in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Slides
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-starter with strong collaboration skills

The US base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
