We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent Development Manager to join our global talent team. As an individual contributor, you will drive change to foster the growth and advancement of our associates and leaders, aligning their career and leadership development with our Long-term Strategic Plan (LTSP). Passionate about development, you will build strong relationships with HR and business leaders to understand needs, identify talent challenges, and recommend innovative global learning experiences. These efforts will support leadership growth, strengthen our leadership pipeline, and propel organizational success. You will establish credibility through your deep knowledge of the business and talent management, leveraging your influencing abilities effectively. With a profound understanding of our talent at Capital, you will ensure our development strategies make a significant organizational impact. You are willing to work beyond your immediate projects to operate with a holistic, 'one-CG' mindset. This role reports to the Head of Leadership Development & Global Talent Development Practices. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
