Work Schedule: This is a full-time 1.0 FTE position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM working at the Junction Road and 20 South Park clinic locations in Madison, WI. Education: If Clinic Manager: Minimum - Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field Preferred - Master's degree in health care management, business, or related health field If RN Clinic Manager: Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Work Experience: If Clinic Manager: Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. An equivalent and relevant combination of Master's level education, fellowship, or experience may be considered in lieu of total experience. Preferred -
If RN Clinic Manager: Minimum - Two (2) years of health care operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience. Preferred -
