Job Description

Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join the renowned dermatology team at MSK as a Data Analyst! In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with top-tier surgeons and researchers in the field of oncology. You will support critical research projects and prospective clinical trials focused on patients with cancer. Your contributions will be integral in maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Role Overview:

* Identify key data points for electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) and electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePROs).
* Develop Design Specifications: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain design specifications, and lead walkthroughs to ensure alignment with project needs.
* Modify study CRFs based on protocol amendments or data dictionary changes to keep study information current.
* Create and maintain edit checks and manual review specifications to ensure high-quality data.
* Regularly validate data and issue queries when discrepancies are identified.
* Collaborate with study sites to resolve discrepancies and maintain Data Transfer Specifications.
* Reconcile Serious Adverse Events (SAEs): Oversee the reconciliation of SAEs and external data sources to ensure accurate reporting.
* Develop and manage comprehensive Data Management Plans to ensure consistency and quality across research projects.
* Produce and review regular study status reports, helping stakeholders stay informed on study progress.
* Manage and organize study documentation and contribute to the planning and execution of project timelines.
* Create guidelines for CRF usage, and develop materials to train internal teams and stakeholders on proper data management practices.
* Lead training sessions for team members and provide ongoing support to users to ensure smooth operations.
* Help implement clinical data management standards across studies to ensure consistent processes.

Key Qualifications:

* Experience in clinical data management or a related field, preferably with experience in oncology or dermatology.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
