Department OverviewThe North America Solutions Deployment and Integration (SDI) organization is dedicated to empowering the public safety sector with cutting-edge solutions and unwavering support. Through our deployment and support of products such as Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management Systems, Jail Management Systems, Mobile Data Computing, Situational Awareness, and Investigative tools, we are committed to enhancing the capabilities of the public safety sector. Job DescriptionThe PremierOne Records Application Specialist plays a pivotal role in comprehending and addressing customers' business requirements for MSI applications. Key responsibilities encompass meticulous documentation of business process requirements, proficient implementation of system provisioning, adept configuration of workflows and UI, and providing comprehensive training on the MSI PremierOne Records Management System. Furthermore, this position conducts rigorous testing and troubleshooting of installed systems, meticulously documents technical issues for prompt escalation to product and system integration teams, and offers valuable feedback for product and process improvements based on client experiences. This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy" and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
