*Position:* Eligibility Coordinator *Location:* Northridge, CA (100% Onsite) *Pay: *$24/hr *Schedule: *Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 1 hour lunch *Contract to hire:* 6 months with potential to go on permantely after the length of the contract We are experiencing a surge in new members due to open enrollment. This role involves receiving eligibility files, maintaining member data, and reconciling it with our internal records to ensure accurate and timely reviews. *Job Description/Duties: * Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Performs research and analysis of health plan membership * Enters new member eligibility records into EZ Cap in accordance with established guidelines. * Uses activity analysis reports from the health plans to make changes to existing enrollees; i.e. benefit option changes, terminations, and address changes. * Manually audits existing eligibility in EZ Cap against current eligibility. * Other Admin duities to support business operations as needed *Top Skills' Details* Microsoft Office Update/ Maintain Patient Demographics Data Entry Excel Outlook Data Management Data Integrity *Work Environment* You will be working in a call center/large office environment with your own cubicle *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
