Position Summary The Manager of Technology Programs & Support is responsible for the infrastructure and technology solutions required to meet the needs of the Technical Operations department and align those solutions with JetBlue's corporate objectives. The Manager is responsible for coordinating with all departments and external business partners on matters dealing with future technology programs, operational business processes, technical systems, and the supporting infrastructure to find the best solutions for the Technical Operations department and the organization. Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the Mobility programs.
- Oversee the testing, deployment, and usage of iOS/iPadOS applications through a Mobile Device Management System to support the mobility program.
- Manage Technical Operations technology and infrastructure changes to meet corporate objectives and growth strategies.
- Represent Technical Operations cross-departmentally on all technical projects in support of JetBlue's corporate strategy.
- Manage adequate inventory levels of mobility devices for Technical Operations.
- Maintain manuals, product resources, and reference materials and manage the release of updates and revisions.
- Lead and coordinate the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) governance committee.
- Serve as the business owner for the M&E system development, implementation, and upgrade plans for the business unit.
- Perform switch changes, create transcodes, and support related technical operations.
- Represent Technical Operations as the business owner for the IT project management office in large-scale technology and infrastructure implementations.
- Develop and manage a creative strategy to keep Technical Operations relevant through innovation and leveraging existing and emerging technologies.
- Improve the effective use of personal electronic devices (PEDs) to seamlessly connect JetBlue's crewmembers to the corporate networks in support of organizational and departmental goals.
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- Five (5) years' experience with a Part 121 carrier in a technical role.
- Demonstrated experience developing business process improvements through the use of technology.
- Experience managing the deployment and utilization of iOS/iPadOS/MacOS devices in the enterprise environment.
- Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of programming, database usage, and development.
- Advanced skills in Excel and the complete Microsoft Office Suite.
- Available for overnight travel (30%).
- Valid Passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM area of study
- Graphic/Video design experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- TRAX user and testing experience

- Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Safety Action Report (SAR))
- Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls
- Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilities
