Eagle Court Memory Care, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for Community Life Director to join our growing team.

Eagle Court Memory Care opened in 2018 and overlooks the beautiful Fox River, near downtown in the heart of Appleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Eagle Point provides stable management and a welcoming staff!

Shifts Available: Full Time Days, MOD rotation for weekends/holidays
Wages: $23.00-$25.00

Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Community Life Directors becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position you will ensure the development, organization and coordination of facility and community resources to provide comprehensive Wellness/Recreation/Activity Services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Our Community Life Director provides an ongoing program of community life activities. These activities are designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive Recreation/Wellness Assessment, the interests and preferences to encompass the Physical, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Vocational, and Environmental well-being of each tenant. Duties include:



  • Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
  • Purchase and maintain equipment and supplies and provide for their accessibility through organized storage.
  • Establishes Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers.
  • Ability to train and motivate others while acting as a role model and mentor.
  • Must be compassionate and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the tenants.
  • Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building
  • Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following:

    • Care conferences
    • QAPI
    • Department Head Meetings




Preferred Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional experience in health care of at least 2 years
