Hours: schedule may vary but will have hours during the following timeframes: 8:00 am-8:00 pm Mon-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Friday, occasionally 9:00am-1:00pm Saturday

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial, introductory call with prospective online students to further application
• Makes outbound calls and callbacks to prospective students interested in our Online channel and leave messages for prospective students
• Responds to prospective student inquiries via phone, collect information and transfer to respective campus
• Records activities related to prospective student in system database
• Contacts prospective students on behalf of campus admissions advisor and schedules students for campus tours
