Position: ServiceNow Technical Lead
Location: Livermore, CA
Salary Range: $127,900 - $137,900 per year
Clearance: No Clearance Required

KeyLogic is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.

The department provides IT resources and expertise to mission organizations, enterprise, and operations to identify and understand current and future IT requirements through end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to take functional requirements in the form of user stories and develop them into functional useable software on the ServiceNow platform
  • Consult on best practices, assess, and provide recommendations on process optimization, module design, user stories, testing.
  • Design and Implement modules as requested by NTESS within ServiceNow
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing the Service Desk and Employee Center.
  • Develop workflows within the ServiceNow Modules to ensure integration with ITIL and KCS processes.
  • Attend Implementation meetings.
  • Provide guidance on the application of ServiceNow best practices.
  • Provide guidance and documentation on configurability of ServiceNow.
  • Review and assist with converting operational reporting into the ServiceNow module.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience in ServiceNow or related field.
  • In lieu of a degree, an addition 6 years of experience is applicable for a total of 14 years' experience.

Desired experiences and skills include:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow ITSM experience and/or certification
  • ServiceNow PPM experience and/or certification
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
  • 3 plus years process consulting in ITSM, ITBM
  • 3 plus years in business analyst experience
  • Any training or adult continuing education training certificates
