Job Overview: We are seeking an experiencedData Entry Associate to help with distributing, collecting and verifying of timesheets. Maintaining attendance records, preparing reports and provides general office support as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) to Three (3) years of data entry/general clerical or related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares production timesheets for distribution
• Reconciles clock swipes vs. timesheet discrepancies.
• Establishes schedules required ensuring timely submission of data for payroll preparation.
• Complies information and prepares reports on hours worked, overtime, attendance, etc.
• Provides general office support and other duties assigned or requested by Management.
• Works overtime as required.
• Reports to work daily and on time.

Skills:

• Basic typing skill and computer experience in using MS Office applications.
• Can operate most office equipment.
• Experience in filing, record keeping, and data entry.
