What You Will Do:

The role of Senior Go-To-Market Specialist within the NA Marketing team is pivotal for our company's success in the largest regions, the United States and Canada. In this position, you will be at the forefront of driving our customer strategy, with a primary focus on crafting and driving integrated marketing and channel campaigns.




  • Developing Customer Calendars: You'll have a crucial role in crafting customer calendars and go-to-market plans. Collaborating with global teams in communication, marketing, pricing, and product, you'll craft comprehensive strategies that align with our objectives.
  • Balancing Messaging and Promotion: You'll be tasked with finding the right equilibrium between messaging and promotional strategies. Your goal is to create effective marketing campaigns and offers that closely align with our strategic and business goals.
  • Analyzing and Reporting Campaign Performance: Take ownership of tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing clear, actionable insights to partners. Use data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Seeking Continuous Improvement: Innovation is a key driver. You'll focus on evolving our go-to-market strategies, with a particular emphasis on use-case and product-category perspectives. This involves exploring new growth opportunities and adapting to changing market dynamics.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Channels and Creatives: Close collaboration with various channel teams (Email, Site, Display, Search, Social, etc.) and creative partners is essential. Together, you'll bring integrated marketing campaigns to fruition, translating ideas into practical executions.
  • Building Cross-Functional Relationships: Building solid relationships across the organization is a core aspect of your role. You'll work closely with teams such as the broader NA marketing team, brand strategy, channel marketing, creative, and product and pricing groups to achieve our objectives.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills are essential. You'll be responsible for juggling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each one progresses smoothly and effectively.
