First Merchants is seeking a Community Home Lending Officer to join our team! The CHLO team has the passion and commitment of making possible the homeownership dream. A successful person in this role will drive to build long term relationships with internal and external customers, while expanding their customer base via center of influence referrals. They will focus on strong and consistent production results by servicing and originating mortgage loans for individuals in low and moderate income and minority neighborhoods.
