Responsibilities Keysight Technologies is a top supplier of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software for communications product design. Keysight EDA provides advanced design tools for electronic communication and semiconductor manufacturers, chip designers, and R&D integrators to help them efficiently in their electronic design modeling and simulation. Keysight EDA's well-known software includes ADS, EMPro, GoldenGate, SystemVue, IC-CAP and MBP / MQA, etc. Our engineers are top EDA software experts who support and help scientists and engineers address their design work with precision and confidence. With our help, our customers are better able to deliver the breakthroughs to make a measurable difference in the world.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the EDA Inside Sales team within Keysight at the forefront of Keysight's software strategy. As an SDR at Keysight, you will be responsible for sales lead qualification, retention & expansion of Keysight EDA software solutions at our EDA software customers and driving prospects / customers to EDA webinars and seminars. You will work closely with our SAEs to drive strategic wins providing value to our customer with an integrated Customer Experience. Along with your sales and business expertise, you will also understand how to best partner with all entities internal and external to drive ultimate customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate New Leads: Proactively reach out to prospects and potential customers to generate new sales leads.
* Qualify Opportunities: Identify prospects' needs, qualify them as sales opportunities, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
* Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calling, emailing, and leave voicemail messages to engage with prospects.
* Sales Scripts: Create effective sales talk tracks/scripts for phone engagements.
* Email Outreach: Craft compelling email templates and pitches for outreach to existing customers and prospects.
* Research Accounts: Identify and research strategic portfolio accounts using LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other social media resources.
* Networking: Build new relationships at Keysight EDA conferences, conventions, and seminars.
* Event Outreach: Conduct cold emailing, cold calling, and outreach to prospects and existing customers for upcoming Keysight seminars and webinars.
* LinkedIn Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research profiles, apply search filters, create lead lists, send connection requests, and cold messages using LinkedIn InMail.
* Salesforce Management: Manage daily Salesforce lead processes, follow up on leads/MQLs, convert leads to opportunities, log notes and important information, and update lead status.
* Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) team to drive registrants and attendees to webinars and seminars.
* Lead Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with the KGM team on lead generation campaigns.
* Support Sales Teams: Provide outreach and support for sales prospecting and lead generation for the Strategic Portfolio Accounts and Territory team. Qualifications Minimum:
* Proven experience in sales development or a similar role.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to be assertive yet polite in interactions with prospects.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving event attendance targets.
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
** Must have Inside Sales experience to be considered for this role.**
Preferred:
* General knowledge of RFIC or MMIC design flows.
* General knowledge of Keysight EDA Portfolio.
* 5+ years of inside sales experience in the software industry or related field.
* Knowledge of concepts related to RF/Microwave and/or Electronic System Level designs.
* Proven expertise in Inside Sales with the EDA industry.
