Description
Location: This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday work location at 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia SC, in an office environment. Position Purpose: The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective support for Human Resources inquiries related to the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The position is responsible for addressing first-tier inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and providing second-tier escalation support. Additionally, the role involves assisting with system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience for HR teams and employees. What You'll Do:
